To offer a superior quality ranger of Precision Stainless Steel Machined Components and Assemblies, we have established an advanced manufacturing unit. This facility is established in an extensive area of 10,000 Sq. Ft. which enables us to conduct an effective manufacturing process.

We have segregated out manufacturing unit following sections:

• Machine Shop Equipped with CNC Machines and VMC  Machines

• Fabrication unit

• Quality testing unit

• R&D unit

• Warehouse & packaging unit

All these units are handled in a coordinated manner by our professionals who are dedicated to meet deadlines by offering clients a superior quality products in a timely manner.

Our infrastructure is facilitated with machines such as:

• Conversional machines with digital read outs

• HAAS CNC Machines

• HAAS VMC Machines

Some other facilities available at this infrastructure are as follows:

• Critical machining of all alloys of stainless steel

• Working dimensions 300 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm

• Working tolerance up to 0.015 mm

In addition to these, our quality control unit is also facilitated with various testing tools and machines to check the finished range of products. To maintain their functionality and a hassle free manufacturing process, our professionals regularly service these machines. Moreover, we have also installed latest and advanced CAD/CAM facility to offer a customized range of products.
